Ok. So DH and I had a discussion last night about breastmilk and nursing. I am still nursing DD three times a day and I am a big believer in the miracle powers of Mama's milk. I will probably slowly wean her over the next six months or so because I plan to get pregnant in September and feel like I will be run down trying to grow a new human and nurse DD.
Anyway, I told DH that I would consider mixing some of my breast milk with DD's milk once I have the new baby and am nursing him or her because I think the antibodies are good for them. I think I would consider doing this for several more years and just not let LO know I am doing it. My DH is unsure how he feels about it. What are your thoughts?
